Payment, Refund and Replacement Policies
Below you will find our current payment and cancellation refund policy. Please read it carefully as this is the official policy in force at the present time. The policy listed below supersedes any other written document you may have received prior to today’s date. Current Payment Policy
Effective immediately, the following payment policy MUST be adhered to. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, ALL PLATINUM TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS LIMITED CLIENTS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS POLICY except by other written arrangements approved by Platinum Transport Solutions Limited. Our typical policy is to collect payment on the date of service when we visit your office to provide a service or deliver products.
Once payment for same day service has been made, no refunds will be provided should the customer cancel this service. Should Platinum transport Solutions Limited not be able to carry out the sameday service, an alternative delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable to the customer then a full refund will be provided.
