Moffetts: Lorry-Mounted Forklift Solutions Across the UK

With over 20 lorry-mounted Moffett forklifts in our fleet, we provide reliable and scalable Moffett hire services to clients across London and the South East.

What is a Moffett?

A Moffett is a forklift truck that is mounted to the back of a lorry. Also called a lorry mounted forklift.

At Platinum Transport Solutions, we offer professional Moffett forklift hire services for clients across London and the South East. With over 20 lorry-mounted Moffett forklifts in our fleet, we’re equipped to handle deliveries of all sizes — from one-off drops to full-scale commercial projects and national events.

A Moffett is a specialist forklift that mounts directly onto the back of a truck, allowing for rapid loading and unloading on-site without the need for separate handling equipment. This makes it the perfect solution for sites with limited access, no offloading facilities, or complex logistics requirements.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Used Platinum Transport for the first time last week and they were brilliant. Supported us from start to end and made sure all our needs where met as we had a tricky delivery. Worked with us and the site delivering to, so made our life easier. Special mention to their driver, Luke! What an exemplary individual! Aftercare, was fantastic, checking in all was ok. So good that we will be looking to book again this week and future jobs, we may have found an ongoing partner. Thanks Platinum!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After days of search I finally asked this company to transport my items , around 12 tiles pallets from the warehouse to my house, it was a 5 stars service , arrived on time to the warehouse and amazingly was able to reach my house with such a big truck on time as well, staff very friendly and extremely helpful and cost is very reasonable , I will definitely use them again
